Biometric Consent Form

Effective Date: June 12, 2026

This Consent authorizes Smiley Pay Limited to collect, process, store, use, retain, and delete my biometric information in connection with the Smiley Pay platform.

1. What Is Collected

Facial photographs, live images, geometry, templates, embeddings, authentication records, verification logs.

2. Purpose

Identity verification, authentication, fraud prevention, account security, compliance, and operation of the Service.

3. Storage & Retention

Securely stored with reasonable safeguards. Retained only as long as necessary; deleted when biometric consent is withdrawn or the account is fully closed.

4. Disclosure

Not sold, rented, or traded. Disclosed only to authorized service providers or when required by law.

5. Voluntary & Withdrawal

Enrollment is voluntary. You may withdraw consent at any time by deleting your biometric data without deleting your full account, or by contacting us. Withdrawal may disable biometric features until you re-enroll.

6. Acknowledgment

By enrolling, I acknowledge that biometric authentication is probabilistic and may produce incorrect results, and that I may delete and re-enroll my biometric data at any time.
